Polka Dot Punches and Tea Party

Hi!!! I wanted to share a card that I created using a Sale-A-Bration stamp set. I CASED the layout and SAB stamps from this card on SCS. I made 2 of these cards because I didn't know which ribbon I would like best. I still don't know. I think I like them both! Don't you just love this Designer Series Paper, Tea Party?
