Shoebox swap batch #1

Hi! At our Demonstrator Christmas party on Friday evening, we did a shoebox swap. At a shoebox swap, everybody brings the prepared supplies for each person to create their card. They bring one finished sample of their card, then each person moves around to each table to create all the cards. Here are a few of the cards. I'll share a few more over the next 2 days or so. I'm not going to share any details, so please contact me if you have any questions...stampwithkaren@aol.com. Or you can always leave a comment here on the blog.

Hope you enjoyed looking at these cards! There will be more tomorrow!

Hand Stamped Gift Exchange

Hi! Our local Demonstrator group had a Christmas Party this past Friday evening. We did a "rob your neighbor" gift exchange, and a shoebox swap. I'll share the swaps with you soon, but today I wanted to share the gift that I created for the gift exchange.

I purchased an inexpensive unfinished wood frame at a local craft store. I covered it with Stampin' Up's Designer Series Paper and added a butterfly. I think it turned out pretty cute!! What do you think??

Supplies:
Stamps: none
Ink: none
Paper: Very Vanilaa, Soft Suede, Baja Breeze, Elegant Soiree DSP
Accessories: Big Shot, Scallop Circle #2 die, Beautiful Butterflies Die, Beautiful Wings Embosslit Die, Polka Dot Embossing Folder, Pearl Jewels, Victoria Crochet Trim, Dimensionals

Holiday Stamp-A-Stack cards

Hi! I held my annual Holiday Stamp-A-Stack this past week and weekend, and I wanted to share my cards with you. You have seen a few of them in previous posts, but I wanted to get all 5 of them in one post. I'm not going to give a supply list, so please do not hesitate to contact me at stampwithkaren@aol.com if you would like any details. You can always leave a message here at my blog too!!

This first card uses Serene Snowflake and the Northern Frost Decorative Strip (from the Holiday Mini Catalog). And the sentiment is also from the Holiday Mini Catalog, called Bright Christmas.

This second card is one you have seen here a couple of times with different versions. Well, I updated it to be a Christmas card using current Designer Series Paper! By the way, I love the color Cherry Cobbler!!! Oh, and the sentiment is Curly Cute!!! One of my new favorites!

Ok, you have seen the following in previous posts...

Ok, that's it for my Holiday Stamp-A-Stack!! I want to thank all of my stampin' friends for attending this class. It was so much fun!!! I'm looking forward to my next Stamp-A-Stack and stamping with you again!!
Take care,
Karen
