For the first card we used Stampin' Markers to ink up the Thank You image. This stamp is located in the "under $10" of Stampin' Up!'s catalog. Did you know we have such a thing??? It's great!!! Go take a look...it's on page 208 in the very back of the catalog.

Scallop Envelope Box

Hi! We created this adorable box at our Friday Night Stamp Club. Oh, the possibilities of this little box!!! It's quite simple to create. You need 4 scallop envelopes cut from the Scallop Envelope Die on the Big Shot. Cut off one tab from each envelope...add sticky tape to the remaining tabs...adhere each envelope side-by-side, attaching the last envelope to the first envelope to assemble your box. Fold in bottom flaps, then I adhered a piece of cardstock on the inside, at the bottom for a little more support. I folded my sides down with a dimensional, then added my scallop stamped image. It's difficult to see in the picture, but I cut out the cupcake and added it to the white circle with a Dimensional for a little dimension.

Supplies (all Stampin' Up!):
Stamps: Party Hearty
Ink: Tempting Turquoise & Gable Green Markers
Paper: Gable Green, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White, Rainbow Sherbet DSP
Accessories: Scallop Envelope Die, Big Shot, Scallop Circle Punch, 1-3/8" Circle Punch, Paper Snips, Dimensionals

Thanks again for visiting!

Happy Valentine's Day!!

Hi! I hope you all had a great Valentine's Day today!!! Joe, myself, and RJ went to Outback Steakhouse for a very early dinner this afternoon. It was wonderful!! It wasn't crowded at all, but it sure was when we left!! Our timing couldn't have been better!

Here is the card that I gave Joe for Valentine's Day. When I started to make him a card, I had several different stampin' tools and stuff out on my work space! But then I got to thinking...Joe doesn't like all this "stuff" on his cards!!! So I kept it very simple and was very happy with the results. I embossed 2 hearts and punched them out with my Heart Punch. I popped the pink one up on Dimensionals, stamped "Happy Valentine's Day", and ta-da! Very simple and I love it! Colors are Riding Hood Red and Pink Pirouette.

I used the Polka Dot Punches stamp set. It is one of the Sale-a-Bration rewards that you can choose during February and March. It's a great set! I have used it alot! And who doesn't like FREE stamps?!! And the Heart Punch works wonderfully with this set!
Here is a picture that was taken by our waiter at Outback:
Happy Valentine's Day!

But sorry, you have to be a Demonstrator to have access to it. Want to sign up? Just give me a call!!

Don't you just love the new Scallop Edge Punch! It's so pretty!

Gotta go!! I have one more card to create for this event!!! Then I have lots of cardstock to cut!!

Hope you are having a great week!! It's going to be a bit chilly today, but then did you see the forecast for the rest of the week and weekend??? Near 60 deg. on Saturday!!! Goodbye snow!!
